When will I receive my order?
As indicated on our website, the delivery time of a product can vary up to 24 days in case we do not have it in stock. The products in stock require a delivery time between 2 and 4 days. These are specified in the product details.
A product is no longer available, will it come back?
Yes, the stocks are regularly updated.
Why can the delivery time vary from one product to another?
The items with a delivery time of 2 to 4 days are the items we have in stock. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee a stock of each of the different models, so when the item is not in stock, the delivery time can be up to 24 days.
I did not receive my order, what can I do?
If you have not received your article within the delivery time indicated, do not hesitate to contact us at hello@chainy.ch. We have the possibility to trace the order and we will be able to inform you about the status of your order.
My chain arrived in bad condition, what should I do?
If the product is defective when it arrives, you can send us a picture of the damaged product by email to hello@chainy.ch. We will answer you as soon as possible.
Return and refund
You have 7 days to return your chain in case it is damaged or does not suit you.
Orders made with a promotional code cannot be refunded.
How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as we receive your returned merchandise, we will examine it and proceed with the refund.
We strive to select suppliers offering good quality products. CHAINY declines all responsibility concerning the degradation of products due to natural elements (water, salt, sand, acidity of the skin, etc...) or to the contact of various cosmetic products (perfume, cream, make-up, etc...).
